Day 1
Medan – Parapat
- Pickup at Kualanamu Airport, Medan
- Overland to Parapat (about 4.5 hours)
- Lunch in Pematangsiantar
- A photo stop at the Sidamanik tea plantation
- Check in to a lakeside hotel in Parapat and have dinner
Day 2
Parapat – Samosir Island
- Breakfast and hotel check-out
- Ferry from Ajibata harbour across to Tomok
- King Sidabutar's stone tombs and the Tomok souvenir market
- Batak lunch
- Traditional houses and the stone court at Ambarita
- Check in at Tuktuk and swim in the lake
- Dinner with live Batak music
Day 3
Samosir – Sipiso-piso – Berastagi
- Breakfast and check-out
- Cross back to the mainland via Tele or Ajibata
- The 120-metre Sipiso-piso waterfall from the viewing deck
- Lunch in the Merek area
- Drive on to Berastagi with a stop at the fruit market
- Hotel check-in, dinner, and an optional hot spring soak
Day 4
Berastagi – Medan
- Breakfast and hotel check-out
- A stop at Gundaling Hill
- Drive back to Medan via Sibolangit
- Lunch and shopping for bolu meranti and other Medan specialities
- Transfer to Kualanamu Airport
